- Returns & Replacements
- All cable and ebooks have a try out period of 30 days with a 100% monet back guarantee. Returns require prior authorization and cables must be shipped within 35 days of the date of purchase and must be in original "new" condition. Any faulty cables may be returned by the original purchaser over the lifetime of the original purchaser. This lifetime warranty does not cover damage due to abuse or careless handling.
